Individual bedsitters of different dimensions have been made within the original structure. They are all independent with en-suite bathrooms, solar heated water and kitchen area. Communal areas contain a play park for smaller children, bowling greens, television and reading rooms as welle as the courtyards where it is possible to spend pleasant evenings together with the other guests, the owners and sometimes entertainers.
